Meet Our Friendly,
Compassionate Counselors & Staff

We are passionate about providing professional services to our diverse families, and it starts with us! Our team comes from a wide variety of educational, ethnic, and family backgrounds and is ready to support you in your mental health journey from individual counseling to marriage and family therapy. All of our providers offer services in a virtual capacity, but some also offer in-person services. If you are looking for services for your child under age 14, we only offer in-person services for children that age. For a list of providers offering in-person services, please see our Virginia Residents page where you can learn more about each one.

Read through our bios to get to know us better. When you schedule a consultation call, we'll ask if you have a preference for your counselor or help you find one that fits you and your family's needs. If you decide later that this team member just isn't a good fit for you, we can help you make a switch.
